INFORMATION AND RULES GOVERNING

            GOLF MEMBERS AND GREENS FEE PLAYERS

 1.       Season ticket is valid from Oct.1 2008 at the Monterey Country Club Golf Course until December 31, 2009 On the Member-Guest weekend (to be announced) and the Labor Day weekend, it will be necessary to obtain starting times in order to play.  This may be done one week in advance.

 2.              A season ticket entitles the holder to unlimited play with no payment of greens fees.  It is voided December 31, 2009.

 3.       Clubhouse privileges are restricted to the use of the rest rooms and Pro Shop only.  A soda machine will be located inside of Pro Shop for your convenience.

 4.              A limited number of golf carts will be available for rental on a first come, first served basis.  Carts may be reserved by calling the Pro Shop at 794-2809

 5.              All golfers will begin play on the first tee unless otherwise directed by the Pro Shop.  At hours when the Pro Shop is attended, all golfers should register before play begins and if a fee player, fees should be paid in advance of play.  If Pro Shop is not attended or is closed, greens fees may be paid after round is completed.  Scorecards will be available in mailbox at the first tee.

 6.              No playing groups larger than a foursome will be allowed unless express consent is given by the Pro Shop.

 7.       Practicing on the greens & trees is prohibited (a practice green is available) and shot practice on the course will be allowed in designated areas only as directed by Pro Shop.  Playing of more than one ball is not allowed unless same is a provisional ball as defined under the Rules of Golf.

 8.       Beverage cans and/or bottles taken on the course by golfers will be disposed of in cans located at certain tees for such refuse.  Anyone observed littering the golf course including the roughs or tree lines will forfeit their right to play the course with no refund of greens fees or membership fees.

 9.      It is anticipated that we will attempt to hold several tournaments this season as well as formation of an area weeknight golf league.  If you are interested in either or both, please indicate same on your application for a season ticket or if a fee player, list your name, address and phone number with someone in the Pro Shop.

10.  Players using the Golf Card will be allowed to used the pass two times.
